Hampton Inn Joliet-Plainfield I-55

A simple breakdown of my visit

The indoor pool was a hit, and our mornings started right with a delicious breakfast with waffles and fresh fruit. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We encountered some hiccups-our initial room wasn't clean and we faced some frustrating delays at check-in. A mixed bag, but nice nonetheless.

The place was stunningly beautiful and rooms here were well-kept and brand-new. Rooms with 2 double beds had a family atmosphere. The location was particularly good and perfect, just 5 minutes walk from Louis Joliet Mall. Plus, it was close to food places to eat.

Just a prime choice for a passing visit in Joliet with excellent value for money. The staff was amazing and very polite, made the experience better. Watch your step in the bathroom. The tiles can be pinchy.

Everything and Everyone was fabulous! We will definitely stay again. Thanks so much Hampton Inn! Service, Breakfast, accommodations were/are superb!

The feather pillows are not very comfortable. They tend to flatten out too much. All in All a great place to stay for sure!! :)

room was very clean. Room was quiet. Staff was great. Breakfast was a nice surprise. Actually had eggs and meat chioce. We would definatly stay here again.

Great Stay Close to Everything!

I stayed in a King Room with Accessible Tub. The room was super clean and comfy. The staff were all really friendly, especially Brittany, who helped with our group rate after my wedding. They even gave us welcome bags. Only thing was the breakfast area got a bit crowded, but everything was tasty.

Overall a nice clean quiet property close to all the amenities. Staff was pleasant and helpful when needed always greated us in each time we came back in the door

All the questions we had about the area were answered by the staff.

Clean room, comfy bedding, and the pool was a hit with the kids. Only downside was noise from the nearby highways.

The hotel had a clean and comfortable room with a welcoming and friendly staff, especially Kylie. Although the hot tub in the room didn't work well and the old smoke smell persisted, the overall stay was pleasant, especially with the great breakfast offerings.

The convenience to our destination was excellent. The room was for my adult sons and their children. They loved it. Yes we would stay there again for sure.

There could have been more hot food on the breakfast bar and the coffee ran out.

It was very clean, modern, and was nicer than any other hotel I have stayed at in a long time!!

The only thing I could think of that I didn't like was that the WiFi was only allowed to 3 units per room and each one had to be logged in

The indoor pool was fun for my kids, and we enjoyed the clean, spacious room. The check-in process was quick, a relief after a long drive. It's great that the hotel is close to major attractions like the route 66 raceway.
